Free monthly taster sessions
Just log on via the Zoom link (emailed to you on registration) on the second Tuesday of the month at 7pm for an hour of fabulously relaxing meditation techniques, interspersed with a magical sprinking of RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) if desired. RTT instantly allows you to experience the deeply relaxing REM state and instantly attain a state of deep peace and relaxation. (If you want to simply experience the guided meditation, just leave out the instructions for RTT).

If you’ve enjoyed the taster sessions, come along to the weekly meditation sessions to consolidate your learning and help stabilise your new-found happy.
One-to-one RTT is also available for more longstanding issues. RTT works incredibly well to help eradicate problems of a more longstanding duration.
